• Anyone purchasing a reptile from us is fully responsible for knowing and understanding the laws pertaining to the keeping of captive reptiles in their state, county, city, township, etc.  
  • We Guarantee live & healthy arrival of any reptile that we ship out.  
  • The buyer must report any health issues or concerns within 8 hours of receiving a reptile from us. At which point we will need photos sent to us to confirm any issues. We may give a full refund if issues stated are found to be legitimate.  
  • Anyone purchasing a venomous reptile from us is fully responsible for the animal(s) immediately upon possession.
